Pauline is my PA who will deal with all aspects of organisation for your care from appointment bookings, surgery arrangements, preparing estimates to dealing with insurers. She has worked in the private healthcare industry since 1995 and has been helping my practice since 2004. Pauline is based at Lansdown Lodge (see contact us) and is available Mon- Fri from 9am to 5pm. At times she may be busy answering other queries but there is always a staff member at Lansdown Lodge who can take your call and request a reply from Pauline.
